Title: video experiment
Post by: Dave Michuda on March 02, 2011, 03:55:51 PM
I was bored a couple weeks ago & cut this little video experiment & thought a few forumites might be interested.

This is what happens when you combine too much time on my hands + a half gallon milk + food coloring + dish soap + music.

It turned out kinda cool.

Interesting experiment, Dave.  In freeze frame, some of the images seem to take on a fractal dimension, not unlike some of Monique Froese's images on the early T. Dream albums.  A possible alternate title for your video:  "The view from my milky technicolor soap dish."

"The view from my milky technicolor soap dish."

Forrest,  I like that title.  I'll use for the sequel.  Now that I sort of know what I'm doing I'd like to try it again & shoot it better under more controlled conditions.

Very beautiful. Those opening "flower" images are particularly striking!
