Consider yourself chastised!  :o :o :o

I would have to include To the Shores of Heaven by Jeff Pearce in any list of favorite CD's let alone a list of Hypnos discs.

I am a huge Star Trek fan, just a little bit this side of a "trekkie." I did not like the cartoon at all and i have not seen the one that took place between the original and TNG. I absolutely love TNG! The plots are very cool and the character development far out weighs the original - even if I just look at the first three years of the show.
All that being said, I am looking forward to the new movie. I usually enjoy when any show/movie does a prequel to answer why, what and how.

Dynamis Stillness is an excellent CD. I have listened to it several times since i got it and I find something new each time. This is very cool.

Another one from APK! Thanks for the great music!

I am listening to Divine Orbit by Klaus Wiese - sublime and ethereal.

Teenagers using the word "awesome" have devalued it so much that it no longer expresses awe and wonder. Instead it's just another slogan standing in for a genuine reaction. It's become the new "cool".

In order to keep its power, when I want to use awesome to describe that is truly awesome, I say fucking awesome. So far that has worked well for me except when I am in church.

Thanks, Sundummy. I'll probably pick them up. Drony and murky is in my ballpark.

I am glad to see a thread for Jim here. I met him years ago at one of the Voices Beneath the Dome events. I just recently heard some of his music and it is pretty cool. Has anyone heard his new releases on Dark Duck?

Greetings fellow ambient music lovers! A good friend of mine told me about this forum and it looks pretty cool.
I am a 46 year old independent management consultant living in SW PA. I travel extensively and ambient music is the main constant in my travel kit. I must have my daily fill of Steve Roach, Liquid Mind and Ma Ja Le - and many others.
I am divorced and have no children.
