hey Joe / Undershadow, thanks for taking away my hesitations on the Paul bradley cd, i'm gonna check it out now for sure ;-)
Joe, i saw you draw some comparisons with your admired artist Oophoi, well than i can recommend 2 cd's you REALLY cannot miss.. as Undershadow already mentioned, the new Lull disc Like a Slow River. It's the best i've heard from the GM label and certainly the deepest drone record in recent memory!
Another one is Andrew Deutsch, The Sun, imo one of the most exquisite drone cd's there is..

Back to Aidan Baker, yes he released so much stuff over the last few years, many of them are impossible to find but you'll see more labels deciding to re-release them on cd-format, that's good thing!

I agree with SiFi, that The Sea swells a bit is a good one. Also his Oneiromancer comes close to that one. I LOVE his Ice against my Skin, those tracks are so powerful but controlled.. and 2 free downloads from him i'd check out are;
Concretion and Within the Final Circle
He also recently released another dark folkish record, Scalpel, it's not the most typical style of music i like due to its whispering vocals.. but i happened to love that one! It's such a spacious, luscious sound.. but i'm not so sure if this one is your cup of tea, Joe

last 2 days;
steve roach - the dream circle
liquid ghosts - camera obscura
jeff greinke - lost terrain
baker/borghi - undercurrents

hey Joe R, i've been hesitating about the Paul Bradley collab. Behind your very Eyes cd whether to order or not since i can't find any mp3's on this one as well as his Liquid Horizon cd..
I'm glad you mentioned as well the Baker/Borghi cd, Aidan Baker has becoming increasingly one of my very favorite artists.. the man is so very profilic

Sundummy, thanks for letting me know! yes, i noticed his listing because of the Paul Bradley items. it seems that the description on non-silver CD works!
i hope my account gets restored by the end of the week, but maybe it's even better they delay.. so they can hold me off spending around my money.. ;D
and Jim, thanks for your help again!

SunDummy, yes you are right about the cdr policy, i checked it again and you need to own the copyrights to sell cdrs.
now i'm not sure whether a description of "non-silver" gets through their automatic scanning..
but i'll give it a try next time, if i still dare..  :-\
i hope there will be no more problems for me once this matter has been resolved, i can not even bid, all is frozen  :-[

much appreciated about your feedback fellows!

SiF and Undershadow, thanks for your thoughts!
well, i read that cdr's are not against their policy.
descriptions should be of your own, however i admit i copy them from other sites.. is there the problem then??
also the Baghiri/Nimh - Entities cdr on Silentes wasn't accepted in any possible way, no matter what way i described it.
and about the Busso de la Lune cdrs, some were accepted others not, all with the same information, track titles only.. you (eBay) tell me ???

hi Jim, thanks for checking. actually my ebay account got suspended yesterday since i sold "unauthorized" cd items according to ebay. those were off the sky/jason corder (databloem/Obscura) items. i see no reason why i couldn't do that ???
last auction the same happened to me with the Umbra Busso de la Lune discs and Keith Berry discs.. several warnings about the same issue..

now i'm up for restoring my account, but how the hell do i know some cds out of millions are illegal according to ebay's policy..?
i hope this problem will be solved quickly.

running crazy on cd's lately.. however some i enjoy;

-alio die/martina galvagni - eleusian lullaby (another winner here,   fantastic vocal-ambient charm)
-alio die/nick parkin - aquam metallicam (i initially found this a bit too harsh but recently i happen to like it quite a bit)
-willits/sakamoto - ocean fire (beautiful!)
-darren tate/paul bradley - sometime today (at least as good as Joe mentioned here before :-))
-sleep research facility - deep frieze (Koner goes Antarctica..)
-brian parnham - mantle (deep cavernous ambient-soup..)
-seed - vertical memory (schutze's more accessible work, quite nice)
