I don't know about "gear whore"--he makes his living doing electronic music, nothing wrong with keeping up with the latest gear, especially if you can afford it and it's part of your trade. I thought the most interesting point Namlook made was about how his recordings are "experiments," and it's up to people to decide if they like it or not. (He's often accused of releasing too much music). Sounds like a healthy attitude to me. He doesn't sit around and wonder if everybody will like what he's doing or try to please everyone. Anyways, thanks for posting this, enjoyed it a great deal!
