Sakamoto/Fennsz - Flumina ( haven't heard much mention of this one, but it's another nice one if you like their first collaboration, "Cendre"  24 pieces in 24 different keys spread over 2 discs)

Thanks Dave....I just recently found out about Sarah through Acoustic Guitar magazines Essential Acoustic Albums of 2011.  http://www.acousticguitar.com/article/default.aspx?articleid=27891
She was on several of the lists there and she is a great young musician/songwriter.

Karol Gwźdź - Tamte Czasy - Soft treated pianos, much in the spirit of Harold Budd
Tom Dvořk - Machinarium Soundtrack - Creative soundtrack that will appeal to ambient listeners. From the game Machinarium, which is highly recommended (puzzle adventure)

Scissors and Sellotape - for the tired and ill at ease - If you like A Winged Victory you'll like this one.

Dave: I found some samples online. This sounds great! Nice suggestion.

Today
- Dhafer Youssef :: Digital Prophecy (one of the most remarkable and powerful albums. Take in small doses only.)
- Sphongle :: Tales of the Inexpressible (essential craziness)
- Quintessence :: some favourite tracks (distantly related to Sphongle)
- Pink Floyd :: Echoes (from Meddle)

Deep, dark and totally absorbing, nice package too, A5 folded card with a smaller card inside for each of the three tracks. Nice collectors item.

Yes I have Dissolution by Mathias Grassow, I like him a lot and his collabs with Tomas Weiss

Working on a mix called "1969" so I've been listening to some music from 1969.

Bowie - Space Oddity
King Crimson - In The Court Of The Crimson King
Miles Davis - In a Silent Way
Pink Floyd - Ummagumma
Terry Riley - a rainbow in curved air

Now, that there is some choice high quality stuff! I love I T C O T C K (boy, that acronym looks strangely disturbing) and UmmaGumma is my fave P Floyd album. Nice!
May the odds be ever in your favor.
