Good to see that first Nunc Stans getting some play, Abasio. Thanks

I am a big fan of the Nunc Stans releases I own. Palm At The End Of The Mind was one of my favourite ambient albums of the last decade & I even bought a Steven Wallace book to see what inspired it :)

That is great to hear, abasio. Thanks again.

I do hope the book was poems by Wallace Stevens. (Though now I wonder if there is a writer called Steven Wallace?)
I'm a huge fan of Stevens' work. I'd put him in the top 5 poets of the 20th century.
Yes, he can be very obscure, but you just have to keep reading him and it will eventually work its magic.
Don't try to work out what he is saying, just go with the images.

The "Description Without Place" album with Entia Non is another Stevens inspired work -- that name is a Stevens poem.

Listening at work this morning to "Fever Dreams II" by Steve Roach and then relaunched it to listen again.
This album connects with me much more than Fever Dream I.

Loren Dent - Anthropology Volume 1

Another winner from Infraction. I think the world is full enough with drone-based music but this one has some rare qualities that make it stand out.

"Opening the Space" gives me goosebumps. Still one of my favorite Steve tracks.

Same. What comes after is great as well, Fires Burning especially. That track is magic.

revisiting David Sylvian - Brilliant Trees / Words with the Shaman

A favorite for well over 2 decades now (I hate making those sneaky realizations about decades!)
