That Poemme album is on my radar. Going to check it out on Tidal and see if it needs to go on the shopping list. What do you think of other releases on that label? They seem to have a decent following on Bandcamp.

I've streamed some of the other releases and think they're fine, but not captivating enough to buy. Let me know if you come across something on there that really strikes your fancy.

Will do.

Robert Rich + Alio Die - Fissures

Probably considered a classic by now, but I only just heard it for the first time today. Great album. Distinctly different from the solo albums I have from either artist.

Great Album indeed 8)

Passing by Steve Roach - extended version of a track called (I think) The Passing Time from a compilation album years ago - loved the original and really enjoying this one

Yes, after phenomenal "Invisible" here comes another long-form monument by The Master, I can't wait for the physical copy!!! It's time to keep an eye on my mail lady...  ;)

Tangerine Dream - The Virgin Years '77-'83 5xCD boxset

https://www.discogs.com/Tangerine-Dream-The-Virgin-Years-1977-1983/release/3659996

Not my favorite era of TD, but I was surprised at how much I liked most of the music in this set. I guess this is where the classic era sort of ends for most people.

Don Slepian - Sea of Bliss

https://donslepiannumero.bandcamp.com/album/sea-of-bliss-new-music-for-digital-orchestra

Found this when searching around for old school new age ambient that I might like. I guess this is regarded as a classic in some circles but I didn't know about it until recently. IMHO this has aged remarkably well. Numero has reissued a couple other works by him through Bandcamp also.

Erik Wollo - Different Spaces

https://projektrecords.bandcamp.com/album/different-spaces

Had my second full listen yesterday. This album is really good. Much better than his last solo album IMHO, which I found a little slick and overproduced.

Apne Sinn - Worlds Apart EP

https://apne-sinn.bandcamp.com/album/worlds-apart-ep

Didn't grab me as much as "En Seier" on first listen, needs more listens to sink in. Would love to see a new album from this artist. I think I read something about him making contributions to some upcoming works by Steve Brand.

I am an early to mid 70s TD man, probably like most TD folk. However Force Majeure and Tangram would have to also be in my all time stunning album list.

Actually have every studio album and eps right up to the present day . There is still a lot of good stuff in the more recent releases like Springtime/Summer in Nagasaki and the sonic poem series, Island of the Fey for instance. Acquired the most recent ep "Particles" which is very good and has a real 70s vibe on disc 1. Also streamed their recent gig on a riverboat in Budapest . It was absolutely excellent, very hopeful for the new album which is planned.

Eternell (Purl) - Children of Infinity
Ethereal mixture of acoustic sources, electronics, and voices. Love this.

Rec008 - Сознательное Подсознательное

Great ambient drones with a touch of shoegazy noise.

Robert Farrugia - Slow Morning
Soft, mostly beatless, ambient textures from Archives. Beautiful packaging, featuring photos from losingtoday.

Snufmumriko - At First Light
Fantastic lo-fi ambient, with glitchy nature sounds, processed electronics, and reflective moods. Reminds me of Porya Hatami.

A very good album IMHO. I'll be posting a review of it soon hopefully, now that I've had enough time with it. The Archives label has been on a roll lately too.

Giles Reaves, Nothing is Lost and Sea of Glass.

I also have his collaboration CD with Jon Goin but that one has not aged well IMHO. Oddly enough the stuff I heard off Goin's solo album from around the same time sounded a lot better.

I wish Reaves' catalog was at least available digitally as it all looks to be out of print right now.

Billow Observatory - II: Plains/Patterns
A melding of shoegaze guitar styles, electronic sequences, and ambient atmospheres. This manages to sound both retro and contemporary at the same time. Excellent release.
