James Bernard - Fragments
I fell in love with this right away: Slow moving soundscapes that suspend, glide, and levitate. New, on the impressive PITP label.

Yeah, Chris, agree 100%, "Fragments" is a true masterwork by James Bernard, just ordered a CDr copy from PITP. I simply couldn't miss this beauty!!! All the best and keep on creating!!!

Richard :)

Cell :: Live at Kumharas Ibiza, 2007

Always a treat to return to this.
Such a perfect and powerful live set.

Mick Chillage - Epinaz
I'm absolutely in love with this new release. Slow moving, with quirky melodies and sequences. I always enjoy his work, but occasionally--this being one such time--he absolutely blows me away.

Listening to Mick’s Epinaz right now. Really is something special. And has to be said the Neotantra label is right up my street. Every release so far is excellent. Consistent, high quality ambience of the highest order.

PS Cell in Ibiza is a superb album. I live in hope for another Cell release.

These days I got lost in these four albums:

Echo Of Longing by Max Corbacho
https://maxcorbacho.bandcamp.com/album/echo-of-longing

The Ocean Inside by Max Corbacho
https://maxcorbacho.bandcamp.com/album/the-ocean-inside

Ars Lucis by Max Corbacho
https://maxcorbacho.bandcamp.com/album/ars-lucis

Live at Grace Cathedral by Steve Roach
https://steveroach.bandcamp.com/album/live-at-grace-cathedral

In their sub genre maybe the most heavenly and spheric music...

When it comes to subarctic music nothing beats Köner : )

Here are a few things I've been listening to lately that I've really enjoyed:

Andrew Heath & Anne Chris Bakker | a gift for the Ephemerist
Field recordings, guitar, and melancholy piano notes.
https://rustedtonerecordings.bandcamp.com/album/a-gift-for-the-ephemerist

Shorelights | AI-16: Bioluminescence
New Astral Industries release featuring some of the slowed down, ambient atmosphere of Modell and Wasacz. The first Shorelights CD is still one of my favorite CDs of the last few years. This one is great too.

Anaamaly - Love Frequency
Ok, I'll admit it. I like new age music too. This long-form track is a beautiful mixture of what might be billed as new age, but drawing mostly upon techniques and atmospheres that are more common in what might awkwardly be called "the kind of ambient people on the Hypnos Forums tend to like." Check it out. It is amazing.

A piece I have listened to for years:

https://elementperspective04.bandcamp.com/track/kaiwa

It always makes me feel ... guilty.
And that is good.

We should not be complaisant.

Kromeshna - Bagul'nik

It's been a while since I've posted here. I haven't even had time to try to record anything lately.

Hope everyone is doing well.
