I once worked a summer on a city maintenance crew. One day, I had to spray yellow paint on curbs using a walk-behind sprayer. I stared at the spray, making sure it hit the full width of the curb, and walked behind it. After a whole day of staring at the slowly moving curb, the same pace for 8 hours, I could not drive - it had the same effect as that video. Everything was moving in one direction, like my brain had been reprogrammed.
Of course, I spent the weekend trying to get the same effect via other means, but that's another story.
