Klaus died last night totally unexpected - we loose a master in meaningful + deep music....

Oh my gosh, that's sad news. I didn't know much about Klaus personally but I certainly respected his music. R.I.P. Klaus.

I am sorry to read of Klaus's sudden passing. My sympathy to the family and friends he leaves behind and I wish great blessings for Klaus on his next journey.

Very sorry to hear this, too. I'm not that familiar with Wiese's solo music (I've only heard Logos), but enjoyed his contributions to releases by Popol Vuh and Mathias Grassow.

wow! that is very sad, indeed. i have several of klaus' cd's and they are all very special. his music has the ability to reach inside the listener and tap the soul. i have been fortunate enough to discover the healing power of his overtones - subtle and overt.
may God bless and keep you always in all ways, klaus! may He watch over your friends and family in these trying times.

yesterday has been the saddest day of my life, I was shocked. He died of a stroke. We've been friends for 12 years, we've been sharing thoughts and feelings, and his "non-musical" teachings are now the foundations of my life.
In the last 12 years Klaus spent a lot of time in my house, playing and listening to music, talking about Life and Mystery and Religion and Music. An immense loss.

This is very sad. I don't know much about him though- I would like to know more about his releases and ideas.

"Klaus has passed away in the night from 26. to 27. january 09 at home of his girlfriend in ULM (150 km away from

his home in MUNICH). He was not ill in any way and died in peace during sleep. He was 67 years old.

It's a great loss for many fans around the world and specially for me as a very personal friend since 22 years.

He was more than my musical mate; a teacher in life, a father who was there every time I need his advice.

At the moment I work with a friend in transpersonal way to understand this all and to find out, what meaning his death has for me and my musical and life development.

His music will always be immortal and a guiding light in a world ! may he rest in peace !"

I knew little of him, other than the his music which Gigi shared with me. It is sad whenever we loose one of our kindred.
