The ambient masters in-store meet & greet (possible?)
« on: October 09, 2009, 07:31:59 AM »
I say we get M. Griffin, Numina, Loren Nerell, and Forrest Fang to do a 4-man ambient masterpiece album and faux reunion tour and then do an in-store... with hopefully bringing in fans with similar results!

Chris Farley would have nothin' on that guy.

Jesse, I say you guys should do your album signing near the closest Star Trek convention... you know, synergy, cross-over appeal, and what not...

I'm game, but instead of a bunch of middle aged guys in black t-shirts can we have a few women instead?  ;D
Take care.

Oh, I dunno, sounds too much like "supergroup" Asia for me;)...Anyway, my contribution probably wouldn't be ready for another 8 years.

You can come, just wear a white t-shirt and bring three women with you.  ;D
Take care.

Jim, I would, but quite honestly I fear that YOU would be the over-excited guy at the meet-n-greet...  and I wouldn't want this to happen:

OK, (but just remember, dude- that's "roadie," not "groupie"- there's a difference)... ;)

P.S. I once helped load a bunch of musical equipment backstage for the Rolling Stones. I got to see the show for free, then I got to go backstage and meet them, then I went home right afterward. (See? Difference!) Oh- and I also saw a Flock of Seagulls show a few years back, and Mike Score himself came to my table and invited me backstage, but I declined, (seriously!)
