Space: 1999 worth a trip down memory lane?
« on: November 23, 2009, 01:30:32 AM »
I watched this show when I was 7-9 and loved it.  I got an Eagle spaceship for Christmas and it was hella cool!  Thinking about ordering the episodes from Netflix.  Do you think it would still be cool now that I'm almost 42?? Inquiring minds want to know...

I agree with Jez,

Though I believe the acting is a little wooden?

a couple of years ago saw a two foot model of the eagle spaceship - I did not dare look at price but I wanted it.

I had an Airfix Eagle as a child, it was cool 8-)

The Gerry Anderson productions all had nice vehicle design
