When I asked this question directly to the label, Tonefloat, they said I should contact Vidna for the answer(???)  Not sure why the label releasing the music wouldn't know this.  Very strange indeed.  To be honest (nothing against the music, which I should receive next week), it's annoying when titles of albums or track titles just don't make sense.  I mean, why name something "I-V" if "I" is omitted?  How about the "Distance to Zero" CD--3 tracks, named "Part I, "Part III," and "Part IV." Even if it makes sense to the artist (perhaps they recorded the missing part but didn't include it), nobody else is going to understand it and will just scratch their heads.  Hence, "Microphonics I-V" CD should've just been called "Microphonics," and "Distance to Zero" should've listed tracks as "Parts I-III."  My two cents in case anybody cares.

That's exactly what happened in the case of "Distance To Zero" in the end I did not like III and chose to leave it on the shelf. I could have re-numbered, but I like the confusion and mystery. Not sure what Dirk's reason was.

Same here, Paul !  I just felt I wasn't qualitive enough to be included on the cd or lp.

Sorry, drone on, that it confuses you... Why tonefloat doesn't know this ?  Pretty simple because he trusts me 200% in terms of which music should be released or not.  He never interferes with my choices, the style of music, etc.
It's for personal reasons I decided to keep the original numbering as I like to catalogue all songs, whether officially recorded/released/performed, in chronological order.  It might be confusing for some but for me it's an obvious choice and part of my Microphonics concept.  Thanks.

Well, we're working on that but unfortunately the UK remains an undiscovered country  ;) lots of proposals but none solid enough.
