It's official--eBay has now been taken over by Satan, whose evil powers have infected Paypal.  I been a Paypal/eBay user for 8 years, 100% feedback, flawless record, and they're gonna start imposing "payment holds" for 21 days on my account for items I sell on eBay.   >:(

Yep--got bitten by that one a while back.  I'm sitting here on some studio gear that needs to go to a new home, but damned if I'm doing it through ebay.

It favors the crook.

Huh? When did this start? I haven't sold anything there but was thinking of listing some CD's to make a couple bucks. I don't plan on selling anything large there. Will this impact me as well? Been a paypal user for some time as well.

21 days - what do they do with the money in that time?

Invest it?

I get that message as well, but in practice it's never happened. I can access my money immediately.
