Node stirrings
« on: September 29, 2010, 02:05:56 AM »
There seem to have been signs of life from legendary analogue quartet Node recently. Rumours of a new release seem to have been gathering pace (although this has happened before!). What makes it more interesting this time round is the release of a solo album from founder member Dave Bessell. This is the first substantial release from the Node camp for fifteen years. Short audio clips can be found here -

There has also been a couple of youtube posts of the recently customised massive moog modular system owned by Ed Buller

If you have never come across the original releases they can still be found on itunes I believe. Recognisably Berlin School but taking the style forward in a way that so many Tangerine Dream imitators failed to do. Anyway check out the links and enjoy.

Yep, 'tis all Node rumours appear to be true...there is a new CD pending, in fact. And yesterday I purchased the db solo disc, Analogue, via CDBaby. Let the bells ring out & the flags fly! ;)

The rumours are true, Node will be back in 2012 with a brand new album and exclusive box set via Pledge Music.
