Any Hakobune enthusiasts?

I only have two discs by this Japan droner, Adrift and Away from the Lunar Waters.  What is his best stuff?  Looking to expand my collection...

i like Hakobune's drone music. he makes good progress on his fast-growing discography.
you can check out his bandcamp; http://hakobune.bandcamp.com/

i especially like his 'Shadow on the Lawn', his recent 'All the other Hearts i knew'. there's also a collection CD 'Trace' on Tobira.

also Chihei Hatakeyama, a japanese fellow has some works worth of mentioning.

i usually prefer Hakobune's more organic grainy sound, a bit unlike the works you mention DroneOn as these have a sharper edge to it..
similar sounding CDs i'd heartly recommend are;
David Tagg - Hand of Clovers
Wouter Veldhuis - Satuuma (free DL here; http://organic-industries.bandcamp.com/album/wouter-veldhuis-satumaa)

Cool, thanks for the info.  I do like Chihei's music, I have a couple of things by him.  Are you familiar with the Taalem label in France?  They put out 3" CDR's of interesting drone and sound art; there's a Hakobune release there I haven't picked up yet, that came out not too long ago.  They can be a bit expensive to collect (about $8 per 20 min. CDR in physical format), or you can download them for cheaper of course.

He's doing a lot lately. Shows in Tokyo every week, and lots of tapes coming out.

What about his 12" vinyl that he released recently? It's really nice..
