Sounds like a great project, Anthony, but I'm confused.  The "pressed CD" version, is it a single audio CD, or a double audio CD, or a data CD with mp3 files?  Your announcement says "over 88 minutes of music" and I don't recall seeing any 88 minute audio CDs.

Its a single pressed CD with just over 88 minutes of music.
Yep, its magic, but they can press them with that much.
Some really old players might have trouble because it exceeds
the red book standard.

I've not had any complaints though.

Its certainly a lot of music for your money   ;D

(I wonder if it's a record for longest pressed, regular audio CD release ? )

HOLD THE PRESS

Forget everything I said .... its just over 78 minutes, not 88.
Sorry to mislead.

Max on a CD is indeed 80 minutes.

I repeat:  This CD is not 88 minutes, but just over 78 minutes.

Still a respectable length though :)

78 or 88 minutes, it's still an excellent release.  Just got it yesterday.  The pieces flow very well, so much so that I'll have to listen through again to identify individual pieces.  I do remember Saul's piece and Anthony's Circular Ruins piece standing out.  Thanks, Anthony!  (I've also listened to Disc 1 of Robert Davies new one ('Shadow Dreams'), which reminds me in a positive way of Mathias Grasssow's drone-related pieces.)

Also, Anthony's die-cut postcard is pretty cool.

But there are CDs that can take up to 90min of Music.
So it would be possible. Just for information.

I just wanted to join in with the praise for this wonderful collection. Nice job Anthony! This generously populated disc flows seamlessly. As mentioned before, the Saul Stokes track is a winner and certainly has me looking forward to his upcoming release and Anthony's offerings as TCR and in collaboration with Off The Sky are wonderful as well. There isn't a misplaced track on this collection. The artists are all top-notch and names that I will look to for quality music making. It is to APK's credit as a label owner that he has presented such an amazing string of "new" talent to this genre. Recommended for an enjoyable sound journey.
Peace, Kirk

Nice compilation indeed! And I agree with the others that it flows very smoothly. I slightly prefer the first part, because it's relatively "brighter" and more playful. And I'm discovering that I'm becoming much more acclimated to "glitchiness".
Highpoint tracks:

#4- Beta Two Agonist
#5- Off The Sky
#7- The Circular Ruins
#9- Cymphonic
#10- Subradial

Thanks for posting, Joe.
And good to hear a little glitchiness is working its way into your listening pleasure.

By the way, I like your photo, Anthony. Strangely, it's exactly how I always imagined you to look. ;)

So you don't find the shades a little big ?
I do worry about that.

The shades are fine. But try putting a little curl in your bangs.
