The Price drop on all of their plugins is crazy.  I once used their Renaissance plugins like 10 years ago but never upgrade because of the hefty $200 fee. 

For example the Renaissance bundle is now $149, my upgrade fee I just payed was $79 for a bundle that lists at $399.

I gave in and purchased the Abbey Road collection. It will make a nice addition to my real Abbey Road/Chandler Mic pres, compressors and Redd mic. :-)

The plates are very nice from a quick play with them and from what some trusted friends in the industry have told me the ADT plug in is the star of the whole package.

Listen to the Abby Road Bundle....very sweet.  I did buy the ADT,  very special plugin. Thanks for the info Paul.

Also picked up the H-Delay from the Hybrid bundle.

Waves basic channel plugins (eq/comp/limiter) forever here.  I've had them since the beginning.  I demo replacements occasionally.  Internet hype does not make other plug ins sound better.  I can buy whatever I want.  Still using Waves!

Rather than start a new thread Waves are at it again.....serious drop in price for their plugins for whatever sale this one is.

I picked up these two Abbey Road offerings a few days ago.





The plate reverb is exceptional...a little goes a long way. Have not delved into the Mastering strip but I like its simplicity which I intend to use as a channel strip and not for mastering, cpu withstanding.

The sale seems to be ongoing.

Over the past few months I've bought a lot of their stuff. The demos are good in that you can pretty much try anything (once you have the Waves central thing installed) fully functional for a week. I've tried lots of things that I didn't feel the need for and a lot that I did !

This is a particularly good deal, in that it includes the C6 mutiband compressor and the L3 maximising stuff (and some other useful stuff)
