Nice choice Jana, impressive looking instrument/workstation. I believe you can also sample with it, load in your own wavs etc, cool. 8)

Thanks David, yes I think so. It also has AMP/FILTER Envelope, an analog filter cutoff and lots of other knobs for live sound modeling (which I love). :)

Today we were in the music store and I tested the Roland Fantom 8, also the Roland Jupiter X for a short time. What a difference.
The Fantom 8 is huge, massive, wonderfully processed, while the Jupiter X is much smaller and is largely made of plastic.
The sounds are more valuable in the Fantom. Jupiter has insane filters. For me the Fantom wins big.
