OK, just listened to it, (finally! Sorry it took me so long, J!) Anyway...

I LOVE IT!!!!

I think it's beautiful. I'm such a sucker for this exact sort of piano music: very minimal, melancholy, haunting, etc...

Really great job! Do more, (and then send me an entire album of it, please)...  :)

OK, just read it- that is unbelievably bizarre!  :o

I feel like it's some kind of practical joke or something, and yet they seem to be dead serious...

What the....?  :o

I think by "claymation" you mean the original Rudolph, the Red-Nose Reindeer, which is actually stop-motion

Oh yeah, that's what I meant to say!  :)

Mike loves these guys:

Yep on "A Charlie Brown Christmas," and all the old claymation stuff, too.

Harold and Maude

One of my all-time favorites! (Uh, although the Cat Stevens soundtrack makes me want to hurl...)  :-X

I want to be just like Maude when I'm an old lady.

I really like the 1951 version of "A Christmas Carol," the one starring Alastair Sim- he was great in that film!

It's a very lucky thing for me he's going to be getting some really good pizza again on Friday, (otherwise I might be dead and stuffed into the crawlspace by now...)

The best thing in my life right this second is that it's my LAST work day before vacation!  :)

Forgiveness and unconditional love -- two concepts invented before pizza.

Ha ha! In case you couldn't tell, pizza is Mike's "sacred food"... ;D

That pretty soon I'll get to have LOTS of time with my sweetie!  :)

(Worst thing in my life right now- a mysterious ceiling leak the roof guy couldn't find the source of when he was up in the attic and can't go up on the roof to fix right now, due to the really freaky bad weather we're having)...  >:(

Those are some strange looking guys - like they've been embalmed or something.

Ha ha, that's exactly what I thought about the Rolling Stones from up close, (Keith Richards in particular.)  ;D

It was awesome getting to see Michael Shea on a few panels, doing readings, and even sitting about an arm's length away in the audience during an S.T. Joshi (& others) discussion panel. He's really an amazing writer, and I was a little bit starstruck, (and I was really starstruck over Caitlin Kiernan! I must have ended up accidentally standing right next to her a hundred times over the weekend, but I was too shy to talk to her, I'm such a dork... :P )

You sweet person, Wayne!  :)

I'm sorry you didn't get to have Sheeba around for very long, but it sounds like you gave her a very caring, comfortable, peaceful & loving home to retire in, (and it sounds like she was very happy there, so good job to you!)
