Yes,I really like it.The only other one I have is Please smile my noise bleed .I have also been listening to Troum's Sen album and I think it is incredible ritual music.I am looking forward to hearing the Aussie Room label 3" c.d.'s Mike is selling as I ordered the whole lot and the compilation.

I've been jazzing a lot this weekend.

But on the electro-ambient side

- Paul Bradley : Twenty Hertz  (Interesting early work. Appears not to be guitar-based. Neat sounds)
- Alan Lockett: Swells and Billows 2  (MIX ... its a good set the Bristol Boy strung together)
- Keith Berry: A Strange Feather  (I'm addicted to these curious existential landscapes)
- Spyra: Headphone Concert (that 25min opening track , Jeden, is amazing .. if you like the berlin style its a must)

Also, Eric Burden declares WAR and The Hollies Greatest Hits.

CD:  The sound track for "There Will Be Blood"  Excellent!!!

Waiting for April.  I got tickets for Alison Krauss and Robert Plant in Birmingham, AL!
So, I'm a "Sr Member", huh?  In June it's SENIOR DISCOUNT TIME!!!

Yesterday I listened to the entire "Alice in Wonderland" set by Randy Greif; great stuff.  Made for a really unsettling work-day...  ;D
I wish I was a Glowworm; a Glowworm's never glum. 'Cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?

Quote from: APK on January 21, 2008, 12:21:28 PM- Jonathan Coleclough: One hour as sixty million years (basically ripping up the fabric of space-time in this intense space/drone orgy)

One of the most intense, enfolding, and above all *kinetic* drone outings I've heard in a while. Phew!
Unfortunately, free download from the JC's site was no longer available at last view :(

dead weather machine by sleep research facility
this was recommended on steve roach's site so i took a shot. it seems to be processed found sounds and nature samples - a technique of which i am extremely fond. it is very cool stuff, indeed.

Dead Weather Machine re:Heat, which is a further remix of the original material is even better, a 60-minute jump right off the cliff into the dark ether. If it's still available, get both of them...
There is no spoon. Which sucks because I have a pudding cup.

Now playing

- Near The parenthesis: Of Soft Construction  (n5md)

A very good album in the idm kinda style common on the n5md label.
A sophisticated sound. Nothing over the top. Often beautiful.

talkingmakesnosensethe winter drones (benbecula) – appealing warm'n'cosy textured release from Scotland wrought by one Dom Dixon, whose blurry wooze of strung-out guitar (rendered otherwise) results in a kind of Benbecula label take on (Kompakt) Pop Ambient. For Kranky-fanciers it also loiters nicely around the crossroads between their Old (space/post-rock drift) and New (minimal and microsonic electronica) Schools.

doing some shuffle play along 5 discs:
eleven questions - robert rich/markus reuter
i am a foreigner - rapoon
cyborg, disc 1- klaus schulze
wave mantra - sean washburn
unreleased material - life in balance
this is a very eclectic listen. it's cool when the shuffle hits one of the long tracks (there are 5 over 20' long.) the 5 discs are very dissimilar but that makes it fun - the contrasts become complimentary.
all the best and God bless

Yeah, there is something more than a little unheimlich about how I keep 'prefiguring' your Waterscape candidates, Martin. I can assure you though, in re: sharing minds, I may have appropriated part of your mind, but haven't yet taken full control... I've left you with some free will intact ;)
Seriously though, I look forward to hearing you confirm a W'scape 3" from TMNS :)
Now how about that David Tagg...?    http://www.second-sun.net/CDcat_ssrcd_07.htm
