Fernando- Thanks for that info. And I should have known that you'd have been aware of
Infinite Body long before I was. You seem to listen to
everything by
everybody. How do you find the time and money? I'm jealous

Anthony- I can see how a person can find that disc "fairly uneven", although I love it. And I have that
36 download and I like it, although it's a bit "sugary". But I love music that's both good and free, what a combination!
Other free downloads that I love:
Epeus Reichenback- Etherized; very bleak and sparse, seems too "simple" at first, but repeated listenings reveal hidden treasures within this music. Based on repeated piano phrases (slightly off-kilter), with synth, violins, cellos, odd voices and odd percussion thrown into the mix. The reverb makes it sound like it you're hearing it in a cold dark cave. Very desolate and very eerie... and absolutely mesmerizing.
Phantom Channel Compilation 1- some of the best dark-ambient artists you've never heard. A very nice variation of music and styles, but it all fits together so well. By turns peaceful, desolate, bewildering, threatening, and majestic. Wonderful!
