Can anyone identify this song?

It's driving me crazy! I know I have this song on one of my cd's, but I can't remember who the artist is or what cd it's on. I've been listening to stuff for days since going to the museum and hearing it. Can anyone identify it? It is the background music for the video for The Hydrospacial City exhibit at the Museum of Fine Arts Houston. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
