I don't order blind anymore so I'm waiting on samples of Nerell and Roach/Serries.  In fact, there's no info at all on these @ Projekt.  Please post your initial impressions!

Poaalpina, how did you get these clips? They still aren't on Steve's site.

Just wondering--how does SR get to sell Projekt releases (his own and other artists) a month before Projekt does?

They are from Projekt page. Steve said me the clips will be available this week at his site but still nothing...

Any thoughts on this? This is the dream duo of ambient, and I am eager to get this.

It doesn't break any new ground, but still an enjoyable listen. I would call it inoffensive ambient music. ;)

Inoffensive could imply bland, which I don't think it is.  It's very stripped down and subtle, and when I played the whole album it was much stronger than the brief preview samples suggested.  Only thing I didn't like was the cover art; seems like they could've chosen an image instead of the bland final product.

I like this one. It isn't breaking any new ground, and, for these two artists, it is rather stripped down and minimal, but I find that a strength in this case. I've been listening to it a lot. It's definitely an album where the 30-second clips don't really do it justice.

Thumbs up, that's my minimalistic review.
There is no spoon. Which sucks because I have a pudding cup.

Just wanted to add my thumbs up on this album.  Previous descriptions are spot on, "stripped down", "minimal", "subtle", exactly right.  One of my favorites of the year.
