THE CIRCULAR RUINS and MYSTIFIED :: Fantastic Journey

Fantastic Journey is an homage to writers such as Jules Verne,  H. G. Wells,
and other pioneers from the early age of science fantasy.

Composed and performed using various samples, synthesisers, and field recordings
by Anthony Paul Kerby (TCR) and Thomas Park (Mystified). It could perhaps be called
exploratory electro-ambient music.

I really like the artwork for Fantastic Journey. Is that a mashup you created based on various images?

And yep, I think its a Forbidden Planet image that I photoshopped the Nautilus into.

BTW, here are the album track names:

1- Twenty Thousand Leagues  (we all know that by Verne)
2- The World Beneath  (from the Dinotopia series of illustrated books)
3- Forbidden Planet   (the great early sci-fi movie)
4- Mysterious Island  (Jules Verne)
5- Beyond The Farthest Star  (Edgar Rice Burrough story)
6- The Voyage Home  (yes Star Trek, but still inspired by Verne)

I just got this yesterday and am really enjoying it. I agree that the artwork is very good and fits with the music nicely. Great job Anthony and Thomas!
