Thanks for the heads up on this, trying out the demo at the moment, very impressive at the moment, and obviously a bargain at the price, I think I will probably get this, even if it means having another dongle sticking out of my computer.

You don't have to use a dongle, it will work with the software iLok licence manager.

And yep, it is well worth the $49.

So it will work just with the licence manager installed even if my computer doesn't connect to the internet, as my music computer doesn't get connected to the net, my everyday laptop which does connect to the net is what I am using the demo on at the moment. I thought I would need an iLok dongle to transfer the licence from one computer to another.

I believe the computer where you are using the plugin does have to connect to the internet for the licence manager to licence the plugin.

I don't let my music computer taste the dubious wonders of the internet either, except when it has to verify or register something.
