Michael Allison (Darshan Ambient) has passed away

Hello everyone,

I haven't posted here in a long while, but I wanted to share with you the news that Michael Allison (Darshan Ambient) recently passed away from cancer.  I just learned this third-hand from a Facebook friend, so I don't too much about the details, though Daniel Pipitone of Spotted Peccary apparently knows more about this.

This is truly sad news. Michael was very talented and a kind soul. I knew him all the way back in the days of MP3.com when I was promoting his music there. He had some serious health issues in the past but recovered. I believe much of his music was birthed out of suffering and healing. He will be missed.
