Seren Ffordd new release - Sparse V
« on: January 03, 2021, 12:57:02 PM »
...and like buses, 2 arrive at the same time.

Sparse V - is a longform version of the 20 minute version from the project Sparse.

I loved listening to the finished shorter track and wanted to make a longer version - hence this album came into being.

I find myself drifting with the music, hearing different things each time, falling into different parts of the mix and depth of sound each time. Even though I have listened to it numerous times I can't tell what is going to happen next and the epheremal movement of the sounds draws me in...

I love this. I'm a sucker for weightless atmospheres that stretch on to infinity.

glad you like it 8)

...not bad for something that was going to be the background to other sounds...

I highly recommend listening to it on good head phones

 8) and  :o

I can never recommend getting good headphones enough - the 'Cans....whats on your head?' topic has been running a number of years. http://www.hypnos.com/smf/index.php?topic=3711.0

I'm still using my grado's and have a bushmaster DAC / headphone amp in my hi-fi now.
